Item is bigger than advertised, wanted a dainty cross as shown on website but received a much bigger one - customer services said item delivered was correct even though I sent clear photos showing a very obvious difference in size - not impressed at all.

We recommend having a total of 18 to 24 charms so that you can adjust the sizing to your preference by simply adding or removing charms.
