Return & Refund Policy

At Charms, we want you to love your jewelry. Every order is backed by our 2-year warranty, so you can shop with confidence.


Warranty Coverage

  • All items are covered for 2 years against rusting, tarnishing, fading, or breakage.

  • If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective during this period, we will make it right.


Replacements & Store Credit

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly provide a free replacement or store credit (valid for 6 months).

  • To qualify, customers must provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.


Refunds

  • If a replacement or store credit isn’t suitable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days once approved.

  • Refunds are only available if your product is damaged or defective and photo evidence is provided.


Shipping Issues

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please allow 48 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, we’ll reship your order free of charge or issue a refund.

  • If your package is stuck in transit with no tracking updates for more than 10 days, we’ll send a free replacement or provide a refund.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will refund that product and help you find an alternative.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.


Returns

  • We do not accept returns for unwanted items or change-of-mind purchases.

  • Please do not ship any products back unless specifically instructed by our support team.

  • Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.


Regional Compliance

United States, Canada, and Australia

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or covered under our 2-year warranty.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

United Kingdom

  • Customers in the UK are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for eligible, non-customized products purchased online.

  • Custom and personalized items are exempt from this right and are final sale unless defective.
