Shipping Policy

At Charms, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Holiday Delivery Notice

Orders without custom products placed before 12/10/2025 will deliver by 12/24/2025 to the USA. Orders without custom products placed before 12/12/2025 will deliver by 12/24/2025 to the UK. Please allow 4 extra delivery days for orders with our Custom Charm.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Typically delivered within 7–10 business days after shipping.

  • International Orders: Typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.

  • If tracking shows your package is “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please allow 48 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, we’ll reship your order free of charge or issue a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed in transit for more than 10 days with no tracking updates, we will send you a free replacement. If you prefer, you may request a full refund instead.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $60 USD.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
