what does our warranty cover?
Some examples of manufacturing defects which are covered under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty include:
- If a charm on your your bracelet breaks or becomes defective at any time.
- If any portion of your bracelet rusts or turns your wrist green at any time.
- Chips, scratches or nicks in materials given at time of delivery.
- Any stains or extreme blemishes on the metal found at time of delivery.
Exceptions to our warranty
Our lifetime warranty does not apply if you:
- Received what you asked for but simply changed your mind.
- found it cheaper elsewhere & decided you have no use for it.
- Misused the product in any way that caused the problem.
- Attempt to fabricate any defects by using photos of someone else's bracelet.
