Crafted from resilient stainless steel, our jewelry endures sweat, showers, and even beach days without losing its color. We have designed each piece to resist wear & tear but if damage occurs, we'll send you a new replacement for free.
what does our warranty cover?
- If a charm breaks or becomes defective at any time.
- If any portion of your bracelet rusts or turns your wrist green.
- Chips, scratches or nicks in materials given at time of delivery.
- Any stains or extreme blemishes on the charm at time of delivery.
Exceptions to our warranty
Our warranty does not apply if you:
- Received what you asked for but simply changed your mind.
- Found an alternative & decided you have no use for it.
- Misused the product in any way that caused the problem.
- Attempt to fabricate defects by using photos of someone else's charm bracelet.
